A skydiving plane known as the Cessna 182 crashed near Highway 101 and San Martin Airport on June 24th, 2017. The pilot, the only person aboard, was only slightly injured. The plane was close to landing when the engine lost power. The Federal Aviation Administration will continue to inquire into this incident.
