BAGGAGE FEES CUT BY EUROPEAN AIRLINE

Summer is here and so is the busy travel season. With people planning long trips, airline checking is sure to be a concern on travelers’ minds. It’s always been expensive to check bags in at an airport, but a European airline, Ryanair, has cut its fees to reduce that burden on its passengers minds. A bag that weighs less than 34 pounds now costs only $17 for a domestic flight. It was previously $33. A bag heavier than that gets a 38% cut to just $28. For longer flights, the prices remain the same. Ryanair officials believe that these cost cutting measures will save travelers up to 92% overall for their travel expenses.
