AMERICAN AIRLINES MAKES ENTERTAINMENT FREE
In-flight entertainment is a necessity for nearly all passengers. On WiFi enabled planes, connection to the network is free, but Internet usage is not. However, that caveat was taken away by American Airlines at the beginning of the month. Now, passengers can binge watch their favorite TV shows, or catch up on the latest movies completely free of charge. Before this, only a small fraction of American Airlines flights had free Internet and media usage. An American Airlines spokesman says that the move was meant to improve customers’ in-flight experience.
