NEW HOUSING PROJECTS FOR THE POOR
New housing projects such as Quetzal Gardens will provide more apartments for the homeless and low-income people on Gallup and Mesa Drives, Balbach Avenue, and Bassett Street. The project could also add another 71 apartments in East San Jose. The city plans to set aside more funds to help the poor.
