WALL TO BE BUILT ALONG HIGHWAYS IN SAN JOSE
To prevent the homeless from going back to their homes near highways, Caltrans will build a stronger wall that is 8 feet tall along highways. Some citizens believe that this action will keep the area more secure because the homeless would no longer be there. Others argue that it will be immoral for people to force the homeless out without helping them.
