BART TRAIN STRANDED IN TRANSBAY TUBE MOVED OUT
BART officials said a power substation failure Friday morning stranded a train in the Transbay Tube, causing a major delay in the system between the East Bay and San Francisco.
The stranded train that had about 200 passengers on board has been moved to the West Oakland station, BART officials said at 9 a.m., but BART has not fully restored service. BART trains are still single-tracking through the tube.
