CLIPPERS TRADING KAWHI LEONARD BACK TO RAPTORS FOR PLAYERS AND PICKS

The Claw is heading back to the Six. Kawhi Leonard, who led the Toronto Raptors to their only NBA title in 2019, reportedly is rejoining his former team after a blockbuster trade with the Los Angeles Clippers.
Toronto will send Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two first-round picks, one pick swap and two second-rounders to Los Angeles in exchange for Leonard, according to ESPN's Shams Charania. Leonard, 35, spent the last seven seasons with the Clippers after signing as a free agent in 2019. Over 331 regular season games, he averaged 25.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.1 assists. He averaged a career-high 27.9 points last season, finishing seventh in MVP voting and Second-Team All-NBA.
