INDIA AND CHINA HELPED AVOID NUKE USE


In fear that Putin may use nuclear weapons in their war with Ukraine, the U.S. engaged with Russia, India, and China, to help prevent the use of any nukes by Russia. THe U.S secretary of state will visit India next week for a G20 foreign ministers' meeting.
