JUVENILE ON DEATH ROW FOR 28 YEARS NOW FREE
After a 12-year-old boy's name was misspelled. The court misspelled his name and mistook him for a 22-year-old sending him to be in solitary confinement in a prison's "phaansi" yard otherwise known as the death row block for over 28 years. But after a new Supreme Court ruling, that had acknowledged he was a juvenile at the time he now walks free.
