Mumbai | Day after Sushant Singh Rajput’s family claimed that the 34-year-old actor was murdered, the Mumbai Police has refuted the claim, saying there has been no evidence for foul play.
According to a report by TOI the police do not suspect that the actor had any financial problem while adding that the actor was in depression for the last six months. The report also said that the actor’s sister used to visit Rajput frequently who also confirmed that Sushant was not going through any financial crisis.
The team of doctors – which included Dr Sachin Sonawane, Dr Shivkumar Kolle and Dr Sandeep Ingale – who conducted the postmortem of Rajput’s body also confirmed that the actor died due to asphyxia caused by hanging.
