Serum Institute of India’s Covid-19 vaccine Covovax will now be available for children (12 to 17 years) at government immunization centres as well as private hospitals. The vaccine manufactured by SII under licence from US firm Novavax will be offered at Rs 225 per dose, excluding taxes, at private healthcare facilities.
