French IT company Atos said on Friday it signed a binding agreement to sell its Latin American operations to Brazilian tech company Semantix as part of a broad restructuring plan. China's foreign ministry announced sanctions on Friday targeting 10 individuals and 20 U.S. defence firms, including Boeing's St. Louis branch, over arms sales to Taiwan .
