SUN SUNI KHABAR MAY 13TH, 2016

Republican nominee Donald Trump has repeatedly touted the virtues of his book, The Art Of The Deal. However, a closer examination of the book reveals a set of prejudiced values. On women, it has long been known that Trump holds discriminatory views. The Art Of The Deal details a depiction of women that paints them as “actors”, who are able to manipulate men with just a twitch of their eye -- or perhaps another body part." Trump’s attack on women is not new, as he has opened up a line of fire against potential general election opponent Hillary Clinton, focused solely on her gender.

TRANSGENDER STUDENTS GIVEN BACK BATHROOM RIGHTS

The North Carolina bathroom bill sparked a large controversy over whether or not transgenders should be allowed to use the bathroom that corresponded with their gender identity. In response to this debate, the Obama administration passed a bill that would require public schools to allow students to use their chosen gender’s bathroom. Attorney General Loretta Lynch asserted that "There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind”. While the bill does not hold the power of the law, it does send a message that schools that do not comply will lose federal funding.

According to sources, Ripa was angry about not having been consulted for the decision and went on strike for a week.

CHINA’S ‘GUAM KILLER’ MISSILE TO BE FEARED

United States control in the Pacific Rim is threatened by China’s newly developed ‘Guam Killer’ missile. The weapon has a range of nearly 3,500 miles. With tensions between China and the U.S. increased after a U.S. naval destroyer sailed close to an island in the South China sea, a congressional panel has advised caution. The missile, revealed at a Beijing weapons expo last September, has the capability to hit the U.S. territory of Guam. Guam’s importance lies in military stratagem. It is far enough that United States military forces will be safe from their enemies, but close enough that the U.S. can exert their power over the necessary regions.

YET ANOTHER INDIAN-EXPLOITS-INDIAN CASE OF H-1B FRAUD

Four Indian-Americans, including a couple from the Silicon Valley, have been charged in the US with conspiracy to commit H-1B visa fraud among other offences, federal prosecutors have said. The couple -- Sunitha Guntipally, Venkat Guntipally – along with two others Pratap “Bob” Kondamoori and Sandhya Ramireddi were charged last week in a 33-count indictment filed last week alleging crimes in connection with the submission of fraudulent applications for H-1B specialty-occupation work visas. According to the indictment, the four defendants allegedly used three California corporations to orchestrate the improper submission of more than one hundred H-1B visa applications.
