TRUMP FRAUD CASE TO GO TO TRIAL
Trump University has been subject to scrutiny throughout this election cycle. A case was introduced to the court that accused the university of defrauding clients, and further accused the GOP nominee of being complicit in the practice. Trump attempted to have the case thrown out, but District Judge Gonzalo Curiel ruled that there is the question of whether or not Trump was involved in the alleged scam. As such, Trump will be deposed. However, Judge Curiel has declined to release the tapes of these depositions, as he worries that it will sway potential jurors before the case comes to trial.
