LOCHTE DETAINED FOR QUESTIONING
The 2016 Rio Summer Olympic Games have been the subject of controversy for a long time now. However, tensions reached a peak after American swimmer Ryan Lochte claimed he and a few other swimmers were held up at gunpoint by robbers pretending to be police officers. Police officers have visited the Olympic Village in Rio in order to question the four swimmers. After providing the necessary information, Lochte reportedly left Rio and is now in the United States. His attorney, Jeff Ostrow has said that the gold medal winner will not return to Rio even if a warrant is issued.
