CONFISCATION OF FIREWORKS LEADS TO ARREST
The San Jose police arrested Mark Espinoza Sr. and his son Marcos Espinoza Jr. after discovering 1,200 pounds of fireworks at their home in Alviso. Their use of fireworks concerned their neighbors and put the entire community at risk.
