After the Florida school mass shooting that left 17 dead and several injured, a wave of student advocacy is forming nationwide and student activists are headed to the state's capital to meet with lawmakers regarding safety and gun control. On March 14, students, teachers, and staff nationwide are being encouraged to participate in a "Walk out" to pressure lawmakers into passing stricter gun laws and ensure safety.
