49ERS ANNOUNCE PROMOTION OF AL GUIDO TO CEO AFTER 12 YEARS WITH ORGANIZATION

The 49ers on Monday announced the promotion of Al Guido, a long-time member of the front office, to the role of chief executive officer. Guido, 46, has served 12 years as a 49ers top executive, including the past 10 as team president.

Jed York, who previously held the title of CEO, will continue in his role as the 49ers’ principal owner and leader of the organization.
