AKZO NOBEL Q4 NET PROFIT UP BY 14%

Paints and coatings maker Akzo Nobel India Ltd on Thursday announced a 14% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 109 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 2024, driven by volume growth. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 95 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal, Akzo Nobel India Ltd said in a regulatory filing.

Consolidated revenue from operations in the fourth quarter stood at Rs 973 crore as compared to Rs 951 crore in the year-ago period. The increase in revenue was driven by strong double-digit volume growth.
