Frustrated parents and educators in San Jose are demanding answers and transparency from the Alum Rock Union School District board following the firing of the superintendent.

Cerda believes he was fired for questioning the board’s history of financial reimbursements, specifically reimbursements of more than $30,000 to a single board member.
