CONNECTICUT SUN MOVING TO HOUSTON IN 2027 AFTER REACHING DEAL WITH ROCKETS OWNER

The Connecticut Sun have reached an agreement to sell the team to Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta and will move to Houston in 2027, the Mohegan Tribe officially announced on Monday.

This will end a 23-year run by the team in New England after the Mohegan Tribe bought the team and moved them to Uncasville from Orlando in 2003. The deal is worth $300 million.
