It's remarkable to see the surge in registrations for exams conducted by the National Testing Agency in 2024. Following the January session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, the Common University Entrance Test-PG (CUET-PG) has witnessed a record-breaking 4.6 lakh registrations by its February 10 deadline, surpassing the previous record of 4.5 lakh unique registrations in 2023.
It's worth noting that each candidate for CUET-PG is eligible to appear for multiple papers, adding to the significance of these numbers. Subodh Kumar Singh, the director-general of NTA, has confirmed that CUET-PG will be conducted in computer-based mode, reflecting the agency's commitment to modern assessment methods.
