Italy and Japan have signed in Rome a bilateral deal to strengthen cooperation in the defence sector.

Italy said Defence Minister Guido Crosetto and Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya signed a deal named ACSA (Acquisition and Cross-Service Agreement).
