NASDAQ AND NYSE WILL RING OPENING BELL FROM OVAL OFFICE FOR TRUMP ACCOUNTS LAUNCH, HASSET TOLD CBC

The Nasdaq and the NYSE will ring the opening bell from the ​Oval Office for the first time ‌together to launch Trump's much-touted government-backed investment program for children next week, White House economic ​adviser Kevin Hassett said on Monday.

"We're ​having a big opening bell ceremony next ⁠week. They're doing that to celebrate ​the accounts to make sure everybody knows ​it's time to get an account for your kid, even if it's not born this year," ​Hassett told CNBC in an interview.
