Hundreds of people gathered in San Francisco late Thursday for a march and rally in opposition of President Donald Trump's immigration policy.

The demonstration at the Embarcadero Plaza near the Ferry Building is part of a day of action in the Bay Area, including a demonstration at Coast Guard Island in Alameda that saw protesters clash with police and federal agents.
