NEWS Desk Global

What a thrilling comeback for the Dallas Stars! Wyatt Johnston's first career hat trick, combined with Roope Hintz's overtime heroics, secured a dramatic 7-6 victory over the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday night. Hintz's game-winning goal came in overtime after a relentless offensive effort from Dallas. Logan Stankoven set up Hintz beautifully in the slot, and Hintz made no mistake, burying the puck past Kaapo Kahkonen.

Johnston, who had a phenomenal five-point performance with two assists in addition to his hat trick, summed up the rollercoaster of emotions in the game. Despite the challenges of falling behind by three goals in the third period, the Stars showed incredible resilience to mount a comeback and seal the win. With Stankoven also contributing two goals and two assists, and Jamie Benn chipping in with a goal and three assists, Dallas demonstrated their offensive prowess and resilience on their California road trip.
