SUNNYVALE WILL REPLACE OLD TECH BUILDINGS WITH NEW HOMES

Sunnyvale is moving forward with a new project that will add 370 new homes to the housing market. The expansion will take place in the Duane Avenue neighborhood.

The new homes will replace old tech buildings along De Guigne Drive – all part of the city’s attempt to balance the jobs-to-housing ratio. Some longtime residents in the area worry the new homes will bring increased traffic.
