All-Pro left tackle Trent Williams got the contract he was looking for this offseason. Williams and the 49ers agreed to a two-year, $50 million contract extension. The deal, which contains $37 million in guaranteed money and a $22 million signing bonus, keeps Williams with the 49ers through the 2027 NFL season.

Since February, Williams and the 49ers had been trying to work out a new contract to lower his cap hit for the 2026 NFL season, which was scheduled to be $39 million.
