TRUCKEE'S HANNA PERCY REFLECTS ON BECOMING AN OLYMPIAN AT MILAN CORTINA GAMES

At 18, Truckee native Hanna Percy is the youngest member of the U.S. snowboard cross pro team. She also is now an Olympian after competing at the 2026 Milan Cortina Games Friday.

Snowboard cross pits four to six athletes together on a course filled with bumps, rollers and obstacles, and in her first Olympics, Percy put together a terrific seeding run. Percy expressed bittersweet emotions while reflecting on her Olympic debut.
