VP KAMALA HARRIS VISITS BAY AREA FOR SEMICONDUCTOR RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

It is time to innovate again. That was the message from Vice President Kamala Harris as she made a whirlwind visit to the Bay Area on Monday. The vice president met with tech leaders in Silicon Valley before addressing a big crowd at Applied Materials, a Sunnyvale semiconductor manufacturer. Harris arrived at Moffett Field in Mountain View before 11 a.m. and was greeted on the tarmac by the mayors of Mountain View, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale.
