SJPD CONFISCATES FIREWORKS AND MORTARS

Two people were caught distributing fireworks. As a result, police confiscated over 2,700 pounds of fireworks and mortars. Citizens have already expressed their concerns for their safety after witnessing usage of illegal fireworks in their community. The San Jose Police Department will try to prevent illegal firework uses, especially during July 4th.
