A power outage in Fremont Saturday morning caused traffic problems in the area of Mission Boulevard and Warm Springs Boulevard. Inoperable traffic signals in the area caused traffic backups, the Fremont Police Department said in an advisory at 10:15 a.m. The outage was reported at about 8:45 a.m. and was impacting about 4,800 customers in the area as of 11:15 a.m., according to PG&E's live outage map.
