An employee was fatally shot inside an IHOP restaurant in Richmond, law enforcement authorities said. Police are investigating the deadly shooting that occurred Monday afternoon, which has left customers and workers shaken. Richmond police said employees heard a loud noise just before 2 p.m. and discovered the dishwasher wounded on the ground. Police said the man, who was in his early 30s, died at the scene. Learn More
