The drug craze in America is an epidemic, but a new drug thought to have hit the streets is sure to have the the police watching everyone a little more closely. This new strain of the opioid is laced with carfentanil, or elephant tranquilizer, a substance 10,000 times stronger than morphine. It is known to slow breathing massively, and takes just 2 mg to knock out an elephant. However, many may not know that the drug is laced with carfentanil due to the way dealers cut their supply. Police are doing their best to fight this epidemic, which has seen nearly 90 overdoses across 5 states.
