Levi's Stadium, home of the 49ers, is set to get a $200 million upgrade aimed at improving the fan experience ahead of Super Bowl LX and World Cup matches in 2026. The team on Tuesday announced plans to invest in the improvements, including new video boards and field lights, renovated suites and clubs, and upgraded Wi-Fi.

Work has already started at Levi's Stadium and the refresh is expected to take a year and a half to complete. Even though the 10-year-old stadium is fairly new, its general manager said the changes are necessary.
