UNITED COLOURS OF INDIA WILL ROLL OUT ON REPUBLIC DAY

After a three-year hiatus, Delhi is making a comeback in the 76th Republic Day parade with a tableau on education and technology. The city last participated in the parade in 2021, showcasing the redevelopment of Chandni Chowk to reflect the harmony of Shahjahanabad's architectural heritage with modern infrastructure. This year's tableau lauds the city's success in higher education.
The tableau features a model of the Indraprastha University's Shahdara campus, highlighting cutting-edge facilities such as incubation centres, research hubs and advancements in artificial intelligence, big data and nanotechnology. Muskan, a representative for the tableau, said, "The moment we learned about Delhi's participation, we were thrilled—especially since our university's success is being showcased on such a grand platform."
