About 150 businesses now are back on the PG&E grid, and roads are open in Burlingame after nearly a week due to a power outage and a mysterious gasoline leak near Broadway and California Drive.

While the city is trying to figure out who's at fault for the power outage, local business owners are now expecting it to take weeks to financially recover from the situation. Due to the initial outage, roads were blocked, and customers were rerouted. The road blockage was extended after PG&E and AT&T found gas in their electrical vaults.
