CALIFORNIA WILL END EV CARPOOL LANE STICKERS IN SEPTEMBER

It was a perk meant to get people to buy electric. And it worked. But now, a benefit that once “charged up” the EV revolution is about to end. We’re talking about the carpool lane benefit for solo drivers in electric vehicles.

It was a reward for driving emission-free: entrance into the HOV lane for solo drivers in electric cars. After September, those clean-air vehicle stickers will no longer let EV drivers into California carpool lanes.
