JAL JEEVAN MISSION'S BOOKLET ON WATER TRANSFORMATION DRAWS ATTENTION AT MAHA KUMBH

The Jal Jeevan Mission’s Swachh Sujal Gaon exhibition at Maha Kumbh is drawing interest with its prototype models of old and new Bundelkhand villages and a booklet titled Jal Dhara Se Jeevan Dhara. The booklet narrates real-life accounts from Bundelkhand-Vindhya, depicting the challenges people faced before tap water connections became available in every household.

The exhibition, set up in Sector-7 of Mahakumbh Nagar, is distributing the booklet to visitors. Many attendees have expressed reflections on the hardships faced by earlier generations who lacked access to clean water. The initiative is part of the Jal Jeevan Mission’s broader effort to promote water conservation and sustainability in rural areas.
