Smriti Mandhana, the charismatic India cricketer, revealed on Wednesday that her record-breaking performance against the Irish bowlers was a planned strategy. Despite India's clean sweep in the series, Mandhana acknowledged that there is still room for improvement in fielding and running between the wickets.
India achieved their biggest-ever ODI win by a staggering 304 runs, completing a 3-0 clean sweep in the series. Mandhana led from the front, scoring the fastest WODI hundred by an Indian woman in just 70 balls.
