STELLANTIS CHIEF'S ANNUAL PAY PACKAGE JUMPS 56% TO $39.5 MLN

Stellantis (STLAM.MI) CEO Carlos Tavares saw a significant increase in total compensation, rising by 56% to 36.49 million euros ($39.5 million) in 2023.

Tavares received 23.47 million euros in cash and vested equity last year, which included a 10 million euro transformation incentive linked to meeting milestones related to industry challenges such as global mobility, technology, and electric vehicles. Additionally, his compensation package comprises 13 billion euros in long-term incentives tied to specific performance targets, the achievement of which may lead to full payment.
