VFS GLOBAL WILL OPEN VISA PROCESSING CENTRES IN SMALLER INDIAN CITIES

Global, a firm that handles visa applications and technology services, has announced plans to open temporary visa processing centers in smaller cities in India such as Allahabad, Bhubaneswar, Calicut, Dehradun, and Indore. This move is in response to the increasing demand for UK visas among Indian nationals, who accounted for the highest share of visitor visas granted by the UK in the year ending June 2023. According to UK government statistics, Indian nationals received 30% of the visitor visas, followed by Chinese nationals at 13%, and Nigerian and Turkish nationals at 6% each.
