INSIDE CHIPOTLE
Chipotle’s burritos are extremely delicious. Their workplace policies? Not so much. The National Labor Relations Board took issue with several things in Chipotle’s kitchen, most notably a rule which curbs the way in which workers can use Chipotle’s name. Furthermore, employees are forbidden from talking about ethics, religion, politics, and cannot discuss unfair work policies within hearing range of the customers. Michael Healey, an attorney with the NLRB, said that workers could only talk about terms of employment, working conditions, wages and hours.
