Two people died in separate shootings in San Francisco Tuesday night, according to police. The shootings, one in the Sunnydale neighborhood and the other in the Sunset District, happened within minutes of each other, according to police.

The Sunnydale shooting was reported at 10:43 p.m. on the 1800 block of Sunnydale Avenue. Officers responded and found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital but succumbed to his injuries there, police said.
