A special honor came for a member of the NBC Bay Area family on Sunday night. Isela Trujillo was named one of two recipients of the 49ers' inaugural Tony York Unity Award, which honors flag and tackle football athletes who lead above the game.

Trujillo, who is wearing the No. 2 jersey in the video, is shown alongside with other finalists. She is the daughter of NBC Bay Area's Damian Trujillo and plays flag football for Notre Dame High School in San Jose.
