An IndiGo flight, 6E 2142, winging its way atom Delhi to Srinagar on Wednesday evening encountered turbulence due to weather. The Airbus A321 (VT-IMD) had taken off from Delhi at 5pm.
About 45 minutes into the journey, it ran into bad weather and pilots reported the emergency to Srinagar ATC. The plane landed there safely at 6.46pm, according to flight tracking sites. It is learnt that everyone on board the aircraft is safe.
