NEWSOM SIGNS PARTNERSHIP WITH DENMARK ON CLIMATE AND TECH

California Gov. Gavin Newsom on Friday signed a memorandum of understanding alongside the foreign minister of Denmark. The memorandum was to expand cooperation with Denmark, which is known for its green energy and sustainability.

Newsom pointed out that in California the commitment to sustainability is paying off. "Ninety-three percent of the days so far this calendar year, the fourth largest economy in the world has run on 100% green energy, clean energy," Newsom said.
