QUESTIONS ABOUND AS FDA SET TO APPROVE UPDATED COVID VACCINE

The Food and Drug Administration is expected to approve an updated COVID vaccine, but only for a smaller group of people who are considered high risk, namely adults 65 and older and people with underlying health conditions.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends the COVID vaccine for everyone 6 months and older. But that guidance was set under the Biden administration.
